Hey, you! 🌟 If you're not a pro coffee tester and (don't) plan to become one, then this course is for you! Let's talk about what makes us like or dislike coffee. What kind of coffees do you like? This is an interactive course for coffee enthusiasts, including specialty coffees 😋. You'll enter the world of coffee sensory analysis and enjoy drinking coffee with different qualities. You'll learn how the coffee tastes and how your senses and perception affect that. You'll also learn evaluation scales that you can use every day at home and at work. We'll do four fun exercises together, and I'll give you tips on how to become a professional coffee tester. Most importantly, you'll learn how to better choose coffee in a coffee shop or for your home kitchen, how to make your home espresso tastier, and how and when to combine coffee with additives.
