The hunt for a new paradigm is a myriad of scientific questions. A better understanding of the nature of coffee, as a product we can study, measure, smell, analyze, taste, and experiment on, is getting closer to answering the question of what the new order in the world of coffee will be.
But it's also a potential, for scientific discoveries that can improve the production, processing, cultivation, roasting or brewing process of coffee. We need places like this, unconstrained in their operations.

In the first phase of its existence, TBCLab will be oriented towards research related to the processing of the crop, and the results of the research may have applications in coffee production: commercial or supporting communities.
Work on The Better Coffee Lab project is at an intermediate stage. Development of project documentation is underway, with the aim of acquiring grants.
We are still open to attracting companies to invest in TBCLab as a partner.
We plan to set up first TBCLab in European Union or South America.
