As part of the implementation of The Better Coffee, we need places where we can work on the new paradigm and test hypotheses. And also conduct educational activities. We call these places The Places.

We want to create a training room and an educational center, and there is the possibility of combining this under one roof with a co-working roastery or café. We have chosen Katowice as our base, due to its location near the Polish-Czech-Slovak borders.
