Angela is a Canadian-born American/Colombian, third-generation coffee farmer who has dedicated the last eight years of her life to building a specialty coffee company. She puts the well-being of farmers and farm workers first, and her passion is contagious.

Since 2018, she has been creating La Floresta plantations and the Pure Heart coffee and cocoa brand. She skillfully combined her background in architecture and experience in construction management to rebuild the farm's infrastructure, ensuring it met the high standards of the specialty coffee industry. Along with the physical transformation, she introduced organic farming practices and reorganized the business to prioritize the social well-being of her co-workers.
